About the Film
“Angie Harmon stars as Hazel King, a single mother determined to shield her daughter, Joy (Lauren Richards), from the life she formerly had while protecting and defending others who can’t protect themselves,” according to the Lifetime synopsis. Hazel was kidnapped from the streets of Las Vegas at the age of 15 and trained as a hit woman until a surprise pregnancy forces her to leave everything behind. Hazel is now the proprietor of a BBQ diner in Barstow, California, where her past catches up with her when a stranger Elliot (Kristoffer Polaha) enters and Hazel learns combining business with pleasure as she’s lured back in for one more hit.”
