HBO Max would be streaming The Batman from 18th April, 2022

Warner Media said that The Batman, the upcoming Batman film starring Robert Pattinson as the Caped Crusader, will be available to stream on HBO Max from April 18th. The Batman movie was released in theaters on March 4th.

It’s not surprising that the turnaround was so swift. While WarnerMedia released all of its films in theatres and on HBO Max simultaneously in 2021, the firm has switched to a more traditional theater-first release cycle in 2022, though with a shorter 45-day theatrical exclusivity window.

If you’re planning on seeing The Batman when movie comes out on Netflix, you should read my colleague Charles Pulliam-Moore’s review beforehand, as he believes the Batman franchise has “seen better days.” However, because the movie is included with an HBO Max subscription, you stand to lose a lot less than you would if you went to the theatre.
