Michelle Williams is expecting her second child with Thomas Kail.
Michelle Williams is going to expect her second child!
She told Variety Tuesday that she is expecting her third kid in the fall and said, “It’s really happy.”
In 2020, the 41-year-old actress and her husband, “Hamilton” director Thomas Kail, welcomed their baby, Hart.
Williams has a 16-year-old daughter, Matilda, from her marriage to late actor Heath Ledger.
“As the years go on, you sort of wonder what they might hold for you or not hold for you. It’s exciting to discover that something you want again and again is available one more time,” she explained of her growing family.
“That good fortune is not lost on me or my family.”

Giving birth to Hart during the COVID-19 lockdown, according to the Oscar nominee, put the pandemic into perspective for her.
“It was a reminder that life goes on,” she explained. “The world we brought a baby into is not the world we thought we were bringing a baby into, but the baby is ignorant of that. He experiences the unmitigated joy of discovery and the happiness of a loving home.”
Despite the fact that becoming a mother has made Williams a more “dedicated” actress, she plans to take a vacation from acting while she is pregnant.
“There’s nothing that makes you committed to a better world than raising a great kid. It’s the ultimate creative act,” she said, adding, “I wondered if I could work while I was pregnant, but I’m too tired.”
Williams’ brief affair with 44-year-old Kail was disclosed in December 2019, only one month before she debuted her baby pregnancy at the Golden Globes.
