According to health experts, 73 persons in the UK have been sick with salmonella as a result of the incident linked to Kinder chocolate products, the majority of whom are youngsters under the age of five.

The figure was revealed on Friday by the UK Health Security Agency (UKHSA), which also cautioned people not to eat Kinder Surprise, Kinder Mini Eggs, or Kinder Eggs.
