Lil Baby, Jack Harlow, Lil Durk, Fivio Foreign, Lil Wayne, and More Appear on Chris Brown’s “Breezy” Album

Chris Brown’s eagerly anticipated new album Breezy has been released.

The artist’s first solo effort since 2019’s Indigo is the project, which was unveiled over two years ago. Since then, Chris Brown is said to have recorded hundreds of songs for the album before selecting the final 24. In a recent interview with Big Boy, he discussed the procedure and explained his goal to provide listeners with a diversity of sounds.

“I be having so many songs. I think for this actual project, I had almost 250 songs,” he said. “I was like, ‘Yeah, we gotta scale it down and figure out what we gonna do. … Too many of the songs sound in the same frequency. It’s like a show. You got the beginning, the climax, and then the end. But I still want to give my audience at least two or three of the same and not release a whole album where every song sounds the same.”

The previously released songs “Iffy,” “WE (Warm Embrace,” and the Wizkid-assisted “Call Me Every Day” are all included on Breezy. Lil Durk, Jack Harlow, Lil Baby, Lil Wayne, Ella Mai, Fivio Foreign, EST Gee, Lil Durk, H.E.R., and more well-known musicians are also included.
