Prince Charles wants to spend time with grandchildren
Charles appreciates "these times with his grandchildren," according to Nicholl, and he is "very upset that there aren't enough of them with Archie and Lilibet."

"I do know that Charles absolutely wants to start healing that fractured relationship with Harry," Nicholl said, adding that the private meeting was likely "very much the beginning" of his efforts to mend fences, and "paved the way for some more conciliatory talks."

During Harry and Meghan's visit to the United Kingdom, Queen Elizabeth met Lili, her namesake, for the first time in person. Harry and Meghan previously visited the Queen in April.
